Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate actions, including removal of the infringing content as required by law. We may also attempt to contact the individual who posted the material to allow them an opportunity to respond to the complaint.
2. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information:
- Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [insert your jurisdiction, e.g., the state where AltitudeReport.net is based] and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who filed the original DMCA notice. If we do not receive notice that the original party has filed a court action within 10 business days, we may reinstate the removed content.
3. Repeat Infringers
AltitudeReport.net reserves the right to terminate users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright, at our discretion.
4. Limitations of Liability
In submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice, you understand that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorney’s fees) if you misrepresent that content infringes your copyright or that content was removed by mistake. Filing a false claim may also result in penalties.

We may update this DMCA Policy as needed to reflect changes in our practices or relevant law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
